Mark loves oliebollen. As in REALLY loves oliebollen. Why wouldn't he when they're for a great cause.
This Brief.
Oma Coby’s Oliebollen is more than a delicious, and typically dutch treat: it’s a cause. Every oliebollen sold raises money for De Tijdmachine Foundation, helping lonely seniors connect with themselves and others.
Their campaign needed a similar energy: warm, fun, and impossible to ignore.
This Approach.
Our campaign needed a story, and that story started with Mark: a man who doesn’t just love oliebollen, he lives them. Lifts them. Serves them on a tennis court. Paints their likeness on a canvas.
When a product means so much to you, you start to behave a little different. We leaned into the comedy of total dedication and made a feel-good video campaign around it.
This Result.
The tasty brief resulted in a tasty video. It captured Oma Coby’s spirit of playfulness with a purpose. And Dutch through-and-through.
Turns out oliebollen and loneliness don’t mix. We made sure people knew.
